Dr. Chih-Lin I, China Mobile Chief Scientist of Wireless Technologies, in charge of advanced wireless communication R&D effort of China Mobile Research Institute (CMRI) recently spoke at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia) on the topic 'The 5G/6G Connectivity Transformation for Sustainability'.
The talk, embedded below covers many of the major initiatives she is spearheading, including, 5G/6G, C-RAN/O-RAN, high energy efficiency system architectures, technologies and devices, green energy, and wireless big data for network embedded intelligence.
