We recently updated the most popular video on our YouTube channel, 'Radio Frequency, Band and Spectrum', for the first time in around eight years. The new version includes the latest updates on spectrum, covering topics such as new 5G spectrum allocations, Wi-Fi spectrum in the 6 GHz band, spectrum updates from WRC-23, study items for WRC-27, spectrum being studied for mobile satellite service (MSS) bands, and much more.
The final section on 6G spectrum begins by clarifying various terms such as centimetre waves (cmWave or cmW), millimetre waves (mmWave or mmW), sub-terahertz (sub-THz) and terahertz (THz) bands, as well as C-band, mid-band and upper mid-band, among others.
